For legal reasons, as our payment processor's policy is against money laundering, we can not make a partial refund, we can only refund the same amount you have deposited into your account.

Please note that refunds required without a specific complaint are considered exceptions and no abuse (excess) is allowed. If such a refund is requested more than once, the account may be permanently suspended without previous notification.

We can refund your money, but only if you did not spend any of your funds or if you add the difference so that the amount will be the same as the one deposited.

If you want a refund, you need to contact Minutizer by opening a Ticket, the request will be forwarded to the Financial Department. This process usually takes about 14 days.
